Tooling Consultation
Toolmakers determine tool cost based on part design. Final manufacturing costs will also be calculated at this time.
Tooling Testing
Samples are produced with completed tool to prove out manufacturing, followed by pre-production tuning and refinement.
Customer Approval
Final samples delivered for inspection. Your approval sets the minimum production standard going forward.
Production Begins
Your product is scheduled to enter into production, with downstream QA/QC processes to manage and verify quality.
